Founder and President
Wade E. Saadi founded Pencom Systems Incorporated in 1973 to provide professional placement services to the mainframe data processing marketplace in the New York Tri-State area. He has led the company to expansions into other markets across the country, providing recruiting, staffing and contract programming to end-user organizations, hardware and software vendors, and start-up companies.
His leadership was recognized in August 1996 as the recipient of The Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Technology category. Mr. Saadi was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Concero, which is listed on the NASDAQ and is traded under the symbol of CERO. Presently he oversees Pencom's day-to-day operations, financial planning and strategic development.
Born in New York City, Mr. Saadi attended the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn where he majored in Chemical Engineering.
Tom Morgan joined Pencom Systems Incorporated in 1983. He directs Pencom's recruiting and contract programming services worldwide, overseeing business operations in offices across the U.S. and Canada. Tom leads the NY tri-state area Financial Services recruiting team, and also serves on the board of Pencom.
Tom has held this position since 1998, after extensive work leading the company into many new practices and markets. He founded the Midwest office in Chicago, where he held front-line responsibility for Pencom's contingency search and recruiting, contract programming and managed consulting services. This included custom software development (PWW, PNT) and systems administration outsourcing.
Previous to these ventures, Tom had been selected to found Pencom's Southwest office in Austin, Texas. He was also responsible for all recruiting, marketing and business development for PSW Technologies, the Pencom software services firm founded in 1989. He began his Pencom career as a recruiter for the Wall Street Management Information Systems (MIS) recruiting group.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, both from Ithaca College.
